Thesis Statement
The increase in the Asian population has had a positive effect on the economics in Flushing, because they primarily started the new businesses.

Two evidences are :

1. there are more businesses due to the increase in the Asian population.
   
2. Also when the immigrants moved in there was an increase in Real state.
